Henlee Resourcing is delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with a highly profitable, ethical and people-centric SME based near Cirencester, to recruit an HR Assistant into their friendly and growing HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, people-focused individual, who is keen to build a career in Human Resources. Previous HR experience is not essential; candidates with a strong administrative or customer service background will be fully supported with training and development, as you grow into the role.
Working closely with the HR team, including the HR Director, Manager and Senior Advisors, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of day-to-day HR activity across the business during an exciting period of growth. The role is varied and fast-paced and will involve:
- Acting as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries
- Coordinating HR administration across the employee lifecycle
- Maintaining accurate records
- Supporting recruitment administration
- Taking meeting notes
- Assisting with weekly, monthly and annual HR processes
- Supporting the organisation of team-building events, incentives and in-house training activities
The successful candidate will be highly organised, professional and proactive, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail. You will be comfortable managing a reactive workload, handling sensitive information with discretion and working collaboratively in a busy, work-hard but friendly environment. Previous experience in an administrative, HR or customer-facing role will be beneficial.
