Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will oversee technical, advice and capability development programmes, ensuring learning remains commercially relevant, innovative and aligned with the evolving regulatory landscape. Significant L&D experience within regulated financial, wealth, mortgage advice or a similar environment. UK Level 4 Diploma and strong knowledge of training within regulated financial advice. A solid understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks.
