Permanent position in Swindon (Hybrid 50/50) with a salary of £65,000 + Commission + 15% Bonus + Excellent Benefits + Career Scope.

Henlee Resourcing is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a fast-growing, ambitious business looking to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and develop its internal recruitment team during an exciting period of growth.

This newly created role will be pivotal to the leadership of a growing Talent Acquisition function, developing the capability, performance and delivery of a team expanding from four to seven.

The business has ambitious growth plans and requires a commercially focused, motivational leader who can drive recruitment performance, improve hiring outcomes and create a high-energy, high-accountability culture.

You will play a key role in ensuring the recruitment team is equipped, engaged and consistently delivering against demanding hiring targets across the organisation.
