Henlee Resourcing is partnering exclusively with a highly successful and renowned SME, to appoint an experienced Organisation Design Change Partner, on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high-impact role leading a significant programme of organisational redesign, including governance change, departmental restructuring, and the embedding of new ways of working.
You will own organisation design activity from diagnosis through to implementation, ensuring change is delivered effectively, compliantly, and with a strong focus on colleague experience.
The Opportunity
- Lead organisation design activity from diagnosis through to implementation, including target operating model development
- Partner with senior leaders to shape structures, roles, decision rights, and governance aligned to strategic priorities
- Deliver end-to-end restructuring activity, including consultation, role mapping, and implementation planning
- Embed new ways of working, behaviours, and leadership expectations across the organisation
- Provide clear, pragmatic HR support during the transition, including risk management
