Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a professional Trainer to join their talented Learning & Development team on a permanent basis. Based in their head office in Swindon, this role involves developing and delivering both soft skills and regulatory training within their Wealth Management division. You will deliver engaging training and coaching across adviser skills, compliance, and business development, mentoring individuals through their development journey and supporting the integration of new financial advisers into the business.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs analysis
  • Design and deliver training materials
  • Facilitate workshops
  • Create and administer tests, assessments, and licensing processes
  • Consult with and manage key stakeholders while building strong business relationships
  • Maintain competence in all matters related to this role
  • Contribute to and support any projects or new initiatives as they arise

Qualifications

You must hold the IFA Level 4 Diploma and have practical experience in wealth training, ideally with a background in providing wealth financial advice. You should be able to work under your own initiative, adapt effortlessly to different audiences, bring energy and enthusiasm to all training activities, respond quickly to the needs of the business (often while working away from home), and consistently project a highly professional image alongside excellent training delivery skills.
