Henlee Resourcing is delighted to be partnering with a growing, international organisation to recruit an experienced Resourcing Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. This is a high-profile and business-critical role, offering the opportunity to shape and deliver a large-scale global recruitment strategy during a period of significant growth.

Supporting multiple international locations across the UK, US, Australia and France, you will partner closely with senior leaders and the wider HR team to ensure the business attracts, hires and retains exceptional talent across a broad range of functions. With plans to hire more than 250+ employees globally over the next 12 months, this role will play a key part in delivering an effective, scalable and engaging recruitment function, with a particular focus on UK operations including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, R&D, Quality, Warehouse and Corporate functions.

Reporting to the Global HR Director, you will lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team, act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, systems and candidate experience.
