Employee Relations Advisor
Salary to £38,000 + Good Benefits (inc. discretionary bonus)

Henlee Resourcing is partnering with a highly commercial and fast-paced business based in Avonmouth, to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Advisor on a permanent basis. You'll join a talented HR team within an organisation undergoing significant change, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees across a broad range of employment relations matters - including performance management, absence, disciplinary, grievance, and capability cases.
You'll progress (sometimes complex) casework through to successful outcome, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policy, and best practice. You'll also support wider people projects, such as TUPE transfers, redundancy consultations, and organisational change initiatives.
This role will see you coaching and upskilling managers to confidently manage people matters, delivering training on key policies, and reviewing HR resources, processes and templates to ensure they remain current and effective.
Beyond day-to-day casework, you'll produce MI reports, analysing people data (headcount, turnover, absence, etc.), and contributing to business updates. You'll also support with HR projects.
