This is a new role that's been created due to growth and reports to a progressive Director. Reporting directly to the Director, this role will work with managers across both businesses, providing professional HR support and commercially focused people solutions. The successful candidate will lead employee relations matters, provide expert employment law guidance, support organisational development and ensure the businesses remain compliant with employment legislation and HR best practice.
