Temporary HR / ER Advisor for 8 weeks initially starting w/c 21st September 2026 in Central Bath (near the bus/train station) with only 2 office days per week. £20 - £25 per hour plus holiday.
Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with an entrepreneurial brand based in Bath to recruit an experienced HR / ER Advisor to help on a restructuring project. We are specifically looking for someone with experience supporting redundancy consultations from an advisory perspective, including supporting managers throughout individual consultations (both pooled and standalone), with a good understanding of the overall process.
You will need to be confident and proficient in the above, managing your own caseload and working independently, although there will be support available.
