You’ll join a talented HR team, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees across a broad range of employment relations matters — including performance management, absence, disciplinary, grievance and capability cases.
You’ll progress casework to successful outcomes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policy, and best practice.
Suitable applicants possess strong employment law knowledge, solid experience managing a high volume of ER cases and the ability to work at pace in a dynamic, change-focused environment.
You’ll be a confident communicator, pragmatic problem solver and trusted advisor with excellent stakeholder management skills and commercial awareness.
