The Brief: Henlee Resourcing is partnering with a leading financial services company to recruit an experienced Recruiter to join their specialist Financial Advice Recruitment Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the financial advice market and enjoys working closely with advisor firms to support their long-term growth.
Permanent Remote / Home-based (anywhere in England) Salary: £52,000 – £55,000 + £4.3k Car allowance + Commission + 15 % Bonus + Excellent Benefits and Scope
The Role: Managing your own portfolio of vacancies, you’ll deliver a full end-to-end recruitment service, partnering with practices across the UK, to attract high-quality Financial and Mortgage Advisors. From taking detailed briefs, through to sourcing, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a first-class recruitment experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
This direct hire focused role will see you using LinkedIn, job boards and proactive search techniques, to build strong candidate pipelines, engage in talent pooling and make speculative approaches to ensure firms have access to the best available talent. You’ll also play a key role in identifying recruitment-related business development opportunities and advising firms on effective assessment and selection methods.
The Applicant: You will need proven experience recruiting Financial / Mortgage Advisors (or similar), ideally within a financial advice network or closely aligned environment. You’ll be self-motivated, adaptable and commercially aware, with a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding service and building long-term relationships.
