Henlee Resourcing is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established organisation based in North Swindon to recruit an experienced Recruitment Administrator on a temporary basis, for an initial 2-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive Administrator, to join a busy and supportive People Services team, providing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding support.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the full recruitment administration process from vacancy approval through to onboarding.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to prepare job descriptions and recruitment campaigns.
  • Write and post job advertisements across appropriate channels.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and maintain preferred supplier relationships.
  • Screen applications and coordinate interviews.
  • Prepare offer documentation and contracts.
  • Complete pre-employment checks and onboarding administration in line with Safer Recruitment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and HR databases.
  • Provide an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Requirements
  • Suitable applicants will be organised, customer-focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
  • You’ll ideally have previous recruitment or HR administration experience but, most importantly, you’ll have excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
