Henlee Resourcing is partnering with a successful national retail business to recruit a People Development Partner on a permanent basis.
Swindon (3 days/week in the office)
£35,000 – £40,000 + up to £3,750 Bonus + Excellent Benefits + Hybrid / Flexible Working + Huge Scope
Reporting to the People Development Manager, this role will focus on building and managing brand partnerships to co-create engaging, commercially focused learning solutions that enhance product knowledge, improve customer experience and drive measurable store performance.
Key responsibilities:- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key brand partners.
- Identify and deliver commercially viable learning initiatives, including monetised programmes and events.
- Act as the key liaison between People Development, internal commercial teams and external partners.
- Co-design and deliver blended learning solutions, including in-store workshops, digital content and experiential events.
- Manage learning programmes end-to-end, from design and rollout to evaluation and optimisation.
- Define and track learning performance metrics, including engagement, completion, ROI and impact on sales and customer experience.
- Analyse insight and data to inform continuous improvement and future strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align learning activity with commercial and seasonal priorities.
- Champion innovative learning methods to maximise engagement and accessibility.
You will have proven experience in Learning & Development, brand training, or commercial learning partnerships, gained within a retail or consumer-focused environment. You will be commercially aware, with a strong understanding of how effective learning drives in-store performance, customer experience, and sales outcomes. You will be an organised and confident stakeholder manager, comfortable influencing internal teams and external partners alike. Strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential, along with a proactive and collaborative approach.
