Based in their fabulous head office in Swindon, this role involves developing and delivering both soft skills and regulatory training within their Wealth Management division. You will deliver engaging training and coaching across adviser skills, compliance and business development, mentoring individuals through their development journey and supporting the integration of new financial advisers into the business.
Responsibilities
- Conducting training needs analysis
- Designing and delivering training materials
- Creating and administering tests, assessments, and licensing processes
- Consulting with and managing key stakeholders while building strong business relationships
- Maintaining your competence in all matters related to this role
- Contributing to and supporting any projects or new initiatives as they arise
Qualifications
- Hold the IFA Level 4 Diploma
- Practical experience in wealth training, ideally with a background in providing wealth financial advice
- Ability to work under your own initiative
- Adapt effortlessly to different audiences
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to all training activities
- Respond quickly to the needs of the business (often while working away from home)
- Consistently project a highly professional image alongside excellent training delivery skills
