Henlee Resourcing is partnering with a leading financial services company to recruit an experienced Recruiter to join their specialist Financial Advice Recruitment Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who specialises in Independent Financial Advisor and/or Mortgage Advisor recruitment and enjoys working closely with adviser firms to support their long-term growth.
The Role:
- Managing your own portfolio of vacancies, delivering a full end-to-end recruitment service, partnering with practices across the UK to attract high-quality Self Employed and Employed Financial and Mortgage Advisers.
- Responsible for ensuring a first-class recruitment experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
- Using LinkedIn, job boards and proactive search techniques to build strong candidate pipelines, engage in talent pooling and make speculative approaches.
- Identifying recruitment-related business development opportunities and advising firms on effective assessment and selection methods.
The Applicant:
- Proven experience recruiting Financial/Mortgage Advisors (or similar), ideally within a financial advice network or closely aligned environment.
- Self-motivated, adaptable and commercially aware, with a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding service and building long-term relationships.
