We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development leader with a strong understanding of regulated financial advice.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategy, design and delivery of learning solutions that support adviser competence, professional excellence and regulatory readiness.
  • Lead a team of learning professionals (2 direct reports + 10 trainers) and oversee technical, advice and capability development programmes.
  • Ensure learning programmes remain innovative, commercially relevant and aligned with the evolving regulatory landscape.
  • Act as an ambassador externally, presenting across industry events, conferences and professional forums.

Qualifications:

  • Significant L&D experience in regulated financial, wealth management or mortgage advice environments.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks and a strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into effective learning solutions and lead high-performing teams.
  • Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and resources.
