Temporary • Full Time. Location: site just outside Devizes (a picturesque village).
HR Resourcing: Henlee Resourcing is seeking a candidate to cover during an increase in workload. The role will be mostly site based.
Responsibilities:
- Cover the whole of the employee lifecycle including HR administration, initial talent attraction, on-boarding activities, employee data maintenance, supporting on employee relations and performance management, exit processes, metrics / reporting, and related activities.
Qualifications:
- Immediately available and able to travel to the site just outside of Devizes. Role will be mostly site based.
- Some HR experience, in particular coordination and administration.
