Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with an entrepreneurial brand based in Bath with offices across the globe, to recruit a HR Assistant initially for 8 weeks to help on a project – starting ideally w/c 21st September 2026.

Temporary HR Assistant for 8 weeks initially starting w/c 21st September 2026 (next week) in Central Bath (near the bus/train station) with only 2 office days per week. The pay is £15 – £18 per hour plus holiday.

Some base HR administrative experience is preferred; however, if you’re organised and possess a strong work ethic, an outgoing personality with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, this short-term role could be for you.

You will be involved with:

  • Note taking and distributing to key stakeholders
  • Making data changes
  • Organisational chart changes
  • Contract variation changes
  • Managing diary invites
