What you´ll do

  • Planning & Inventory Management: Forecast demand and set replenishment plans, manage inventory control and warehouse/order fulfilment, own budget performance with a focus on OSMI and waste reduction.
  • Sourcing & Procurement: Collaborate with buyers and negotiate supplier contracts, ensure product availability and supplier performance.
  • Logistics Operations: Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, transportation, and storage, ensure compliance with hazardous goods regulations.
  • Performance & Continuous Improvement: Track KPIs, analyse budgets, and identify inefficiencies, drive process improvements and cost optimization, partner with SHE teams to maintain a zero-incident safety culture, promote S-Q-D-I-C principles (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost).
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor logistics, facilities, and warehouse team, align resources with business growth, foster strong cross-functional communication.

Core hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. Full time site based.
