An excellent opportunity has arisen for you to join as a Wholesale Account Manager. This role will be covering the East Midlands / South East region.
What You´ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of customers, to deliver against all financial KPIs as set by the business
- Develop major customers through deep customer knowledge and the creation of cross functional growth plans, aligned to the UK marketing plan, to drive sustainable sales out.
- Good digital capabilities to work with Marketing to optimise e-Com & SoMe plans, & find new sources of NES via digital channels
- Full P&L management, with a key focus of NES, L6b & GP1% metrics
- Closely collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain & Education teams to create joint value for Henkel & the customer
- Be a champion for their accounts within the business, & build networks at all levels within the customer base
- Generate educational opportunities within the major accounts, to educate & inspire customer teams (Indola & Schwarzkopf)
- Analytical skills to derive insights from all data sources, & make business proposals to the Head of Wholesales & wider UK management team
- Excellent negotiation, presentation & communication skills
- Responsible for financial & volume forecasting for the customer base
- Balancing short term and long term requirements whilst collaborating with diverse teams to control and grow business
- Positive and solution focused approach to a dynamic business environment
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum 5 – years’ experience within account management and sales
- Self-motivated Account Manager with a proven track record of success
- Strong P&L literacy
- Strong Digital skills (including MS Office)
- Good communicator at all levels of business
- Takes ownership & is solution oriented
- Ability to work cross functionally to achieve desired objectives
- Business analysis & management skills
- Degree level (or equivalent) qualification preferred
