As a core member of the shopper marketing team, managing activation with priority retailers in grocery and drugstores. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to influence consumers at the point of purchase, driving brand visibility and sales through in-store & digital tactics. Your role involves collaborating with sales/brand teams, managing agencies, analyzing performance data (retail, shopper insights), overseeing POS materials, and optimizing campaigns to meet retailer & brand goals.
What You’ll Do
- Strategy Development: Create shopper marketing plans (in-store, digital, promotional) aligned with brand objectives and retailer needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with brand, sales, and category management teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns.
- Retailer Partnership: Build relationships with retailers to secure optimal product placement, displays, and promotional opportunities.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the creation and deployment of POS materials, displays, digital ads, and promotions.
- Performance Analysis: Use sales data, shopper insights, and market trends to monitor campaigns, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights.
- Agency Management: Coordinate with external agencies (creative, media) for effective campaign delivery.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.
