What you´ll do
- Planning & Inventory Management:
- Forecast demand and set replenishment plans
- Manage inventory control and warehouse/order fulfilment
- Own budget performance with a focus on OSMI and waste reduction
- Sourcing & Procurement:
- Collaborate with buyers and negotiate supplier contracts
- Ensure product availability and supplier performance
- Logistics Operations:
- Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, transportation, and storage
- Ensure compliance with hazardous goods regulations
- Performance & Continuous Improvement:
- Track KPIs, analyse budgets, and identify inefficiencies
- Drive process improvements and cost optimization
- Partner with SHE teams to maintain a zero-incident safety culture
- Promote S-Q-D-I-C principles (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost)
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor logistics, facilities, and warehouse team
- Align resources with business growth
- Foster strong cross-functional communication
What makes you a good fit
- Proven leadership and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams across logistics and warehouse functions
- Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated success in physical inventory accuracy and cycle count procedures
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Experience with MRP systems (SAP preferred)
- Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Core hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. Full time site based.
