What you´ll do
- Planning & Inventory Management: Forecast demand and set replenishment plans; Manage inventory control and warehouse/order fulfilment; Own budget performance with a focus on OSMI and waste reduction.
- Sourcing & Procurement: Collaborate with buyers and negotiate supplier contracts; Ensure product availability and supplier performance.
- Logistics Operations: Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, transportation, and storage; Ensure compliance with hazardous goods regulations.
- Performance & Continuous Improvement: Track KPIs, analyse budgets, and identify inefficiencies; Drive process improvements and cost optimization; Partner with SHE teams to maintain a zero-incident safety culture; Promote S-Q-D-I-C principles (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost).
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor logistics, facilities, and warehouse team; Align resources with business growth; Foster strong cross-functional communication.

Core hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. Full time site based.
