About this Position

Join Henkel as our Media Manager and play a key role in shaping the success of our UK & Ireland brands through innovative, data-driven media strategies.

In this exciting role, you'll lead the planning, optimisation and performance of multi-channel media campaigns, ensuring every investment delivers maximum impact and return.

Working closely with leading agency partners, global platforms and internal stakeholders, you'll use insight, analytics and the latest digital trends to drive continuous improvement, influence media strategy and deliver measurable business growth across one of the world's leading FMCG organisations.

What you'll do

  • Lead the planning and delivery of paid media campaigns across a portfolio of brands, developing data-driven media strategies that maximise performance, efficiency and return on investment while ensuring compliance with Henkel governance and approval processes.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, driving continuous optimisation to achieve key performance metrics including CPM, CPC, CPV and ROAS, while maintaining accurate tracking, platform set up and brand safety standards.
  • Own media budgets and financial governance, ensuring effective budget management, accurate campaign pacing, purchase order management, reconciliation and the identification of cost-saving opportunities.
  • Analyse campaign performance and market data to generate actionable insights, using attribution, marketing mix modelling and competitor intelligence to continuously improve media effectiveness.
  • Lead test-and-learn initiatives, evaluating results and embedding learnings into future campaign planning to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of digital media trends by monitoring developments in AI, emerging platforms and advertising technologies, while building strong relationships with key media partners including Google, Meta, Tik Tok and The Trade Desk.
  • Build collaborative relationships with agencies and internal stakeholders, leading day-to-day agency performance, sharing best practice across markets and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Be a key point of contact for Regional Media and digital teams ensuring best practice is adhered to and learnings are shared with wider European team members.
  • Partner with brand and influencer teams to develop platform-first content that maximises campaign performance, engagement and measurable business outcomes.
