Drive omnichannel excellence

  • Ensure strong execution across physical retail, including visibility, merchandising and activation.
  • Drive digital shelf performance through content, search visibility and conversion optimisation.

Generate consumer demand and sell-out

  • Translate consumer and market insights into actionable commercial strategies.
  • Partner with Brand & Advocacy on campaigns, launches and brand storytelling.
  • Drive integrated activation across physical and digital channels.
  • Ensure strong product availability and execution throughout the consumer journey.

Lead through collaboration

You will work closely with Brand & Advocacy, Supply Chain, Revenue Operations and other key stakeholders to align commercial, pricing, promotional and launch strategies.

You will also establish strong performance and commercial governance, using data and insight to identify opportunities, manage risk and take corrective action.

  • Strong understanding of digital trade, retail media and digital shelf performance.
  • An understanding of both physical retail and e-commerce dynamics, with the ability to connect the two.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to turn data and consumer insight into commercial action.
