We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Recruitment Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team supporting the UK, Ireland, and Nordic region including Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Previous agency recruitment experience is preferred, alongside strong LinkedIn sourcing capability and direct search expertise.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of functions and levels across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insight and recruitment expertise.
  • Create engaging attraction strategies to build strong talent pipelines across multiple markets. Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to proactively identify and engage top talent.
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews and manage the recruitment process through to offer stage.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Use data and recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and hiring success.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different countries, cultures, and business functions.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are fully compliant with Henkel policies, processes, and employment legislation across all supported markets.

  • Strong LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting experience is essential.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple countries or international markets would be advantageous.

  • Confident working independently whilst also collaborating within a wider team.
