We are looking for a passionate Professional Educator to deliver inspiring seminars, in-salon training and technical support to salon partners and internal teams. You will support product launches, test new products and work closely with sales, marketing and local experts to strengthen brand presence. This role requires strong hairdressing skills, excellent presentation ability and a positive, high-energy approach. You’ll need to be highly organised, confident using technology, and comfortable building strong relationships with customers. A full driving licence is required.
What You’ll Do
- Prepares and delivers seminars, in-salon trainings and technical support.
- Tests new products.
- Supports local Experts, marketing and sales.
- Refers sales leads, customer feedback and competitor information to appropriate contacts within the organization.
- Provides internal product training to Sales and Expert team.
- Contacts prospective customers and builds positive relationships that generates future sales and repeated business.
- Promotes a strong commercial approach to educational activities.
