- Support the Senior eCommerce Manager in developing and delivering the strategic channel and customer plans.
- Lead the development and execution of the customer plans for 3rd party marketplace suppliers.
- Lead the internal and external availability and in‑stock metrics and perfect inbound.
- Deliver strong forecast accuracy for both demand planning and commercial updates.
- Responsible for the weekly performance metric reporting with full ownership for the insights and required actions.
- Support the development and implementation of a winning e‑Assortment strategy.
- Lead the PDP, content, merchandising and range assortment to achieve digital shelf excellence in pure player customers.
- Support the eCommerce media strategy development and activation of the plan with all relevant stakeholders and agencies.
- Strong cross‑functional alignment with the internal Digital, Commercial Excellence, Shopper, Brand and Controlling teams.
- Build excellent working relationships with key customer and agency contacts.
- Investigate new channel and new customer development opportunities to expand branded presence in eComm pure players.
What Makes You a Good Fit:
- Experience of working with Amazon, Amazon Vendor Central and eCommerce marketplaces.
- Understanding of the online customer journey and digital shelf reporting.
- Prior experience working with eCommerce supporting agencies.
- Must bring an entrepreneurial spirit with motivation and drive to be a self‑starter.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, should have the ability to work across functions within the business to gain support for the pureplay accounts.
- Strong prioritisation and multi‑tasking skills.
