The National Account Executive (NAE) will support and coordinate the diverse range of High Street customers, alongside activation of the Joint Business Plans with direct customers. You will use both relationships, analytical skills, and market intelligence to drive activations and shape our category performance in market.
What you’ll do
- Direct P&L responsibility for Poundland alongside supporting and coordinating across the breadth of High Street customers (Discounters & Drugstores).
- Focus on driving and growing bricks & clicks across Drugstores.
- Develop, agree and execute an annual Joint Business Plan with accounts to deliver the required business growth and internal stretch plan.
- Maximise the breadth & depth of distribution of company products in line with Commercial account plan targets in designated accounts.
- Achieve net sales & profit targets in line with company targets.
- Evaluation of promotional activity to ensure achievement of financial objectives.
- Establish positive & proactive relationships / joint working practices with the designated customers through effective cross functional networking.
- Proactively evaluate and analyse customer performance against our competitive set and categories.
- Identify the big wins for Henkel, the customer & the category, short, medium & long term.
