This is how you can dare to make an impact:

  • You will work with local and international HR teams to support core HR processes and administration.
  • You will understand and support the monthly and weekly compensation and benefits processes for UK & Ireland including requests from employees, business teams and Third Parties.
  • Supporting data requests and updating and promoting our digital HR Hub.
  • You will collaborate with the HR Business Partners on projects covering topics such as:
    • Diversity & Inclusion
    • Learning & Development
    • Employee Wellbeing
  • Increase digital learning and learning about HR Digital strategy.
  • You will provide support for our HR Business Partners with the opportunity to understand further about their roles and responsibilities.

What makes you a good fit:

  • You should graduate (before September 2026 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Strong IT skills; good working knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel.
  • SAP or other HRIS systems knowledge is an advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisation and administration skills.
  • Comfortable with data analysis.
  • Good analytical skills and time management.
  • Team player with clear communication skills.
