What you’ll do
- Join the great team of Henkel's Human Resources function with the exciting job opportunity as Graduate HR Assistant.
- You will work with local and international HR teams to support core HR processes and administration.
- You will understand and support the monthly and weekly compensation and benefits processes for UK & Ireland including requests from employees, business teams and Third Parties.
- Supporting data requests and updating and promoting our digital HR Hub.
- You will collaborate with the HR Business Partners on projects covering topics such as:
- Diversity & Inclusion
- Learning & Development
- Employee Wellbeing
- Increase digital learning and learning about HR Digital strategy.
- You will provide support for our HR Business Partners with the opportunity to understand further about their roles and responsibilities.
