An exciting opportunity has arisen for a technology orientated graduate to support our Project Management team with the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
What you’ll do:
- Supporting the team with the delivery of digital/CRM projects from end to end (including requirement gathering, planning, objective setting, resource allocation), working with the wider cross-functional internal teams.
- Liaising closely with other employees in the project team as well as technical colleagues and business stakeholders.
- Work with internal/external technical/business representatives and stakeholders at any level to translate needs into feasible deliverables.
- Advocate for a seamless, efficient end-user experience across touchpoints.
- Work with end user support teams to define and implement timely delivery and quality of standards to meet our Service Level Agreements.
What makes you a good fit:
- A Graduate (before September 2026 or no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Management, Data Analysis, Marketing, or a related field.
- Project Management skills.
- Some skills and knowledge across relevant key areas such as Business Process Analysis, Project Management Methodology/ies, documentation, etc.
- Ability to tackle a few different projects at the same time as well as identify, analyse and communicate issues where they arise.
- Supporting teams to develop user adoption strategies and helping to develop training initiatives for CRM platforms and features.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
