About this Position
The NAE will support and coordinate the diverse range of High Street customers, alongside activation of the Joint Business Plans with direct customers. You will use both relationships, analytical skills, and market intelligence to drive activations and shape our category performance in market.
What you’ll do
- Direct P&L responsibility for Poundland and Bodycare, alongside supporting and coordinating across the breadth of High Street customers.
- Develop, agree, and execute an annual Joint Business Plan with accounts to deliver the required business growth and internal stretch plan.
- Maximise distribution of company products in line with Commercial account plan targets in designated accounts.
- Achieve sales & profit targets in line with company objectives.
- Evaluate promotional activities to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Establish positive relationships with designated customers through effective cross-functional networking.
- Proactively analyze customer performance against competitors and categories.
- Identify key opportunities for Henkel, the customer, and the category in the short, medium, and long term.
