We are seeking a Business Development Executive for the Indola brand within the Wholesale channel. Your responsibilities will include developing a customer base of professional hairdressers (salons, freelancers, colleges) through acquiring new salon and freelancer clients, providing commercial support, and facilitating educational training and digital upskilling. You will manage existing and new customer accounts and support the sales team in achieving targets. The role covers the South West & M4 Corridor regions.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with Preferred Partners to acquire new business and increase sales, focusing on winning new permanent colour customers through salon and independent hairdresser acquisition.
- Implement onboarding education for salons and develop training opportunities within wholesale branches, salons, and via virtual and digital platforms.
- Work closely with marketing, education, and sales teams to develop and execute customer plans.
- Ensure high-quality retail merchandising of Indola and Schwarzkopf products in stores.
- Complete and maintain effective reports.
- Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional plans for all Indola and Schwarzkopf Professional brands within the wholesale sector.
- Build strong relationships with wholesaler store managers and key personnel, including digital and technical staff.
- Enhance the digital presence of the Indola brand, primarily through Instagram, including content creation.
- Achieve KPIs across commercial and educational areas.
- Provide technical training and development for Preferred Partner sales teams during commercial meetings.
