B2B Marketing Activation Specialist

About this Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Customer Activation Manager to join the LOCTITE industrial team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating key campaigns. Working closely with the team, you will develop data and insights-led activation plans, delivering measurable results in line with the wider strategic plan. LOCTITE is Henkel’s largest brand, offering a diverse range of markets and customers.

What you\’ll do

• Develop commercial plans across multiple markets to meet yearly targets and identify stretch opportunities.
• Adapt global and regional marketing materials and campaigns to local needs and oversee their implementation.
• Serve as the primary marketing contact for key customers and represent their voice internally.
• Create and deploy local customer engagement strategies that are executed with excellence to drive sales growth.
• Gather, analyze, and identify actionable insights.
• Build solid relationships and partner with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Technical Teams.
• Manage the budget allocated for your areas of responsibility.
