We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Control & Operations Coordinator to join our team in London. This is a hands-on operational role within a fast-paced diamond and jewellery environment, focused on ensuring stock accuracy, quality control, and operational discipline at all times. You will play a key role in managing stock across its full lifecycle — from shipment intake and QC checks to returns, tracking, and coordination with our India team.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, count, and verify all incoming shipments
- Ensure stock matches invoices, internal records, and certificates
- Perform QC checks on incoming goods and client returns (policy, repairs, warranty)
- Maintain accurate stock records (Excel / systems)
- Manage stock organisation, safe handling, and certificate
- Assist with returns, repairs, and hallmarking processes
- Coordinate with India team on stock, QC, and import planning
- Support implementation of RFID / tagging / labelling systems
- Identify and report discrepancies immediately
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in jewellery/diamond industry (B2B preferred)
- Experience in stock control, operations, or logistics
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organised, process-driven, and reliable
- Comfortable working with Excel and systems
