The Role
We are currently hiring two exceptional B2B Sales Executives to drive revenue growth and scale key accounts. You will be responsible for managing and expanding your own portfolio, building strong client relationships, and closing profitable deals within the diamond and jewellery industry. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, proactive, target-oriented, and confident selling premium products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B trade clients within the diamond and jewellery market
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, upselling, and account management
- Identify margin opportunities and negotiate effectively
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Develop new business while maintaining and growing existing accounts
- Conduct regular client visits (in UK) and meetings to build relationships, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen existing accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams including sourcing, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
Who You Are
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably within diamonds, jewellery)
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
