The successful candidate will possess the ability to translate scholarly themes into engaging visual narratives for a global digital audience. A proven ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment where “no two days are the same.”

This is a full-time role, based in our post-production edit house in Soho.

Core Responsibilities

  • Multimodal Editing: Execute end-to-end post-production for short-form documentaries, multi-camera podcasts, and optimised social media assets.
  • Visual Research & Continuity: Source and curate archival imagery and footage, ensuring historical accuracy and high-resolution standards across all projects.
  • Technical Optimisation: Maintain a rapid workflow without compromising quality.

Ideal Experience & Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: Ideally 2-3 years of experience in a professional video editing role (agency, media house, or in-house creative team).
  • Portfolio: A proven track record of delivering quality long-form content (films/documentaries) and high-performance social media assets.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Film Production, Media, or Art History is preferred, though equivalent professional experience is highly valued.

Technical Requirements

  • Aesthetic Judgment: A refined eye for typography, layout, and pacing, specifically within the context of fine art and historical media.
  • Audio Engineering: Proficiency in podcast post-production, including noise reduction, leveling, and narrative-driven sound design.
