HENI is an international arts technology business working with leading artists and estates across publishing, printmaking, digital, film, and art research. We utilise cutting edge technology and focus on the individual artist and their work, offering art services including printing and reproduction, digital management, events, mounting, logistics, fine art photography, an online art trading platform, and cryptoart using our NFT ecosystem.
We are looking for a senior, experienced Operations Manager to work across a wide range of business processes across HENI. A great people person, you'll thrive on building relationships both internally and externally and will help to manage and optimise our day-to-day operations. You will have proven commercial instincts, be well organised and focused on achieving operational efficiency. You will be someone who enjoys keeping your finger constantly on the pulse across the businesses to achieve great results on time.
This is a very hands-on and varied role and requires someone with proven problem solving skills, together with the commercial experience to help advise the businesses on critical initiatives and opportunities to achieve efficiency savings.
- Support the senior leadership team to make commercial decisions across a number of aspects of the business, from production to people management.
- Implementing operational processes and procedures to improve business efficiency.
- Utilising your existing network, consistently review and optimise our supply base and review new opportunities that arise with suppliers.
- Be involved in budget planning and forecasting.
5+ years of operations management experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally from a manufacturing or business operations background.
- Demonstrable commercial experience in a similar role.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Excellent negotiation ability and commercial awareness.
