We are seeking an innovative Head of Ecommerce to lead the sales, marketing, and advertising strategy for HENI Publishing, apparel and merchandise. This is a unique opportunity to shape the commercial future of HENI, bringing fresh thinking to how art reaches their audiences in an increasingly digital world.

The successful candidate will be an ecommerce expert and become responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple channels, from direct-to-consumer sales to wholesale partnerships, while maintaining the quality and cultural integrity that defines our brand.

  • Strategic Marketing & Sales
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels
  • Drive direct-to-consumer sales through e-commerce, social media, and content marketing
  • Create innovative campaigns that align book, apparel and merchandise launches with exhibition schedules, art fairs, and cultural events
  • Build and manage relationships with key retail partners, including bookstores, museum shops, and galleries

5+ years in a senior marketing or commercial leadership role

  • Proven track record in digital marketing and D2C sales
  • Experience managing inventory/operations or working closely with operations teams
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales or partnership development
  • Experience with physical product marketing (not just digital services)

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, YouTube, email, SEO, paid advertising)
