Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at our location in Redhill. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car buying process. Daily tasks include presenting and demonstrating vehicles, negotiating sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining product knowledge, preparing necessary paperwork, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Sales skills, including negotiation and closing techniques
- Customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for handling paperwork and inventory
- Basic understanding of the automotive industry and vehicle specifications is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
