The Sales Advisor Opportunity:

  • Build rapport with customers and, using sound knowledge, accurately assess their needs and recommend the most suitable products and services.
  • Negotiate the sale price of the vehicles including possible trade-in values.
  • Calculate finance payments including cash or car loans.
  • Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve vehicle sales and profit targets.
  • Upsell accessories and additional aftersales services.
  • Proactively prospect new and existing customers to maintain your database and ensure repeat business.
  • Support the Sales Administrators with accurately processing all documentation relating to vehicle sales including vehicle orders and finance agreements.
  • Able to build outstanding, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Be a customer service champion where you exceed your customers' expectations in every element of their buying experience.
  • Fanatical about cars with a passion for motor sports.
  • Strong customer service experience, always happy to go the extra mile.
  • Automotive industry or vehicle sales experience would be preferable, however we will consider applicants with a good sales track record outside of the industry.
  • A full UK driving license.
