As an Outbound Coordinator, you will be responsible for proactively contacting existing and potential customers to secure workshop bookings, focusing on maximising each service location's capacity. You will aim to drive customer engagement, enhance booking volumes, and faster repeat business all while delivering an exceptional customer experience every time.

  • Excellent telephonist manner, with strong sales-orientated communication and negotiation skills;
  • Proven track record in an outbound or customer-facing sales environment;
  • High level of organisation and time management skills;
