We’re looking for a Regional Marketing Executive to support the delivery of regional marketing activity across our dealer network. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who’s keen to gain hands‑on experience across campaigns, digital, and performance tracking in a fast‑paced, commercial environment.
You’ll be part of a collaborative marketing team where learning, development, and progression are actively encouraged. This position is fully on‑site and open to candidates located anywhere within a commutable distance of our operational sites centrally (Southampton). Travel will be required as part of this role to support our Hampshire based dealerships including Portsmouth, Eastleigh and Chichester.

The Opportunity
Working closely with the Regional Marketing Manager, you’ll help ensure marketing activity is delivered accurately, on time, and in line with OEM, FCA and Group standards.
Role responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of regional marketing campaigns.
- Assisting with the implementation of central and OEM‑led marketing campaigns.
- Coordinating local marketing activity.
- Supporting digital activity including website updates and social media execution.
- Assisting with budget tracking, co‑op claims and marketing administration.
- Liaising with dealership teams to gather requirements and feedback.
- Supporting campaign performance tracking and reporting.
- Ensuring all activity complies with OEM brand guidelines, FCA requirements and Group standards.

You’re organised, enthusiastic, and keen to learn. You’re comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, enjoy getting stuck into campaign delivery, and have a strong eye for detail.
