Are you a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager with experience across Unified Communications, Cloud, SaaS or Software & Services? The Opportunity

Working within a high-performing commercial team, you will be responsible for driving growth across a portfolio of cloud, software and service-based solutions. This role combines both new business development and account management, giving you the opportunity to win new partners while also developing and growing existing vendor and partner relationships.

You will focus on:

  • Developing new business opportunities across software, UC and cloud solutions
  • Managing and growing existing partner and vendor relationships
  • Winning and onboarding new reseller and channel partners
  • Driving revenue and margin growth across UC, SaaS and cloud solutions
  • Working closely with major vendors to support enablement, campaigns and go-to-market activity
  • Building a strong pipeline of opportunities across the software and services landscape

This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment, enjoys building relationships and can confidently engage with both partners and vendors at a commercial level.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive new business growth across software, cloud and professional services solutions
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing channel partners and vendor relationships
  • Identify, prospect and onboard new reseller and channel partners
  • Build strong strategic relationships with vendors, partners and internal stakeholders
  • Deliver against revenue, margin and commercial growth targets
  • Support partner and vendor enablement, campaigns and growth initiatives
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive pipeline activity
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting
  • Collaborate across sales, vendor and operations teams to deliver an exceptional partner experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success within Business Development, Channel Sales, Partner Management or Account Management
  • Experience within Unified Communications, Cloud, SaaS, Telecoms, IT Services or Software Solutions
  • Strong track record of delivering against targets and commercial objectives
  • Experience managing both new business development and existing account growth
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with vendors, partners and decision-makers
  • Commercially astute with a proactive and growth-focused mindset
  • Strong pipeline management and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and comfortable working autonomously
  • Experience across technologies such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Contact Centre, UCaaS, CCaaS or wider cloud communications solutions would be highly advantageous.
