The Opportunity

To strengthen their highly motivated Operations Team in Bradford, they are seeking an experienced Lithographic/Digital Printer to play a key role in producing premium-quality packaging for consumer and healthcare markets. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operate lithographic and digital printing equipment to produce high-quality cartons to exact customer specifications.
  • Work closely with the No.1 Printer to ensure jobs are prepared efficiently and presses achieve maximum performance.
  • Read and verify job specifications, layouts, grip and grain directions, and ensure all work is signed off correctly.
  • Prepare upcoming jobs by organising plates, inks, work tickets, and materials to minimise downtime.
  • Support departmental efficiency, quality, and productivity targets.
  • Carry out machine safety checks, basic maintenance, and continuous quality inspections.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
  • Cover breaks, holidays, and sickness where required, helping the team consistently meet production goals.
  • Champion teamwork, communication, and a positive working culture.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and proactively identify potential risks.

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent).
  • Technical training or proven experience in Lithographic Printing.
  • Strong knowledge of print quality standards, colour control, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence working with production machinery.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
