Mission
You will be responsible for ensuring excellence in all aspects of the business (Operational, Sales, Product, and Organizational) with the aim to achieve and exceed budget targets.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Finance: Developing strategic plans, managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring strong financial performance.
- Product, Sales & Operations: Driving product development and stock health, meeting sales targets, and optimizing operations across production sites.
- Leadership & Culture: Inspiring and guiding teams, fostering collaboration, and promoting a positive and performance-driven work environment.
- External Representation: Acting as the face of the company within the industry, building networks, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
- Growth & Innovation: Identifying new business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Governance & Risk: Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards, managing risk, and maintaining transparency through effective communication and reporting.
Profile
- Education: Masters Degree or reasonable equivalent
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of animal breeding in the Aquaculture industry, preferably with Salmon and trout, including team management experience.
- Knowledge needed: Extensive knowledge of the aquaculture industry, ideally in salmonids.
- Languages: Fluent in English
