Role Overview
The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while providing administrative and sales support across departments. This multifaceted role requires a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for all telephone, email, and in-person enquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
Manage the front desk and reception area, maintaining a tidy and efficient working environment
Provide administrative support to the sales and management teams, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records
Liaise with customers regarding orders, lead times, and general enquiries
Assist with invoice processing, stock control, and internal reporting
Coordinate meeting bookings and general office administration tasks as required
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a reception, sales support, or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Professional demeanour and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
