The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
Just like our progress on the track, at Atlassian Williams Racing we are striving to strengthen our high-performance culture across the organisation, including a programme of finance transformation. This role is designed to be project-focused at the outset, with an initial emphasis on enhancing our inventory reporting. The successful candidate will be comfortable working closely with finance and business stakeholders to drive improvements and build a strong platform for best-in-class financial reporting and analysis.
Key Accountabilities:
Inventory Reporting Project:

Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to analyse current inventory processes and identify areas for streamlining and improvement.

Develop and enhance inventory reporting systems, focusing on automating manual processes.
Month-End Financial Reporting:

Calculate the monthly inventory provision.

Review of balance sheet reconciliations.

Support and cover for other team members.

Internal audit to review and rationalise month-end procedures and accounting policies.
General Finance Transformation Projects:

Representation of the financial accounting function in growth and transformation projects.
Long-Term Responsibilities:

Transition to a more standard financial accounting role, taking responsibility for the month-end close process and ensuring technical accuracy of assigned business areas.

Qualifications
Qualificatons and Experience Level:

Qualified Accountant: ACA, ACCA, CIMA with a fewyears post-qualification experience.

Manufacturing Environment Experience: Experience with inventory accounting is preferable.

Accounting Principles: Solid understanding required.

Process Improvement: Proven ability to manage and improve financial processes.

Skills: Problem-solving, analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong communication skills, robust Excel skills, experience with PowerBI and D365 beneficial.
