We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our F1 Car Programme. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of motorsport innovation, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making and ensure financial rigour within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Main Duties:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for F1 manufacturing and development costs.
- Collaborate closely with Programme Managers and Cost Engineers to define budget requirements for each F1 project and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Maintain ERP accuracy and ensure effective financial control across projects.
- Deliver weekly updates on current programme status and forecasts, clearly highlighting key variances, risks, and opportunities.
- Support scenario analysis, make-or-buy decisions, and cost modelling.
- Partner with the Cost Cap Team to ensure full compliance with FIA Financial Regulations.
- Monitor and evolve our cost methodology, reporting KPIs to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure the integrity and quality of data within financial systems, proactively developing controls where necessary.

- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of operational drivers and ability to connect financials to strategic goals.

Qualifications:
- Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) is desirable but not essential.
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent field.
- Demonstrable experience in a financial controlling or business partnering role, ideally within motorsport, prototyping, or high-tech manufacturing.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge constructively and build consensus.
- Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
